Probably one of the longest film titles in the books, Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines, or how I flew from London to Paris in 25 hours 11 minutes is another British romp of a film! The wonderful Terry Thomas takes on the Dick Dastardly-esque role as total scoundrel trying to sabotage all the other competitors.

A bit like The Cannonball Run but with planes and better actors.

The weekend just gone was quite productive on the ol' creativity front. Here are a couple of sneek peeks into what I'm up to at the moment.

progress indeed

I know I'm a bit behind and this album has been out a while now but this weekend I totally obsessed over the new Take That album Progress. It's like I had regressed to being fifteen, playing their album over and over again. Ah good times (now where are my posters & scrapbooks?!). Kidz is by far my favourite track. It's a proper stompy tune.

Also the moon this morning is beyond beautiful. It's big, low and a creamy yellow. It's a proper 'wow, how amazing is this system we live in?' moment.

valentine DIY project

Yesterday was one of those 'everything's happening today' kinda days. Tuesdays are so much better than Mondays arent they?! The lovely Eden at Sugar and Charm asked me to knock up a valentine DIY project for her which she put up on her blog yesterday. It's a very easy, very quick project which incorporates my love of felt! Go take a look and get crafty people.

When I get myself a garden again it will be a wild little bit of land. The most beautiful, natural collection of haphazard flowering for the least amount of work.

Last night Auntie Foxy made a birthday card for a friends son who turns 3 years old on Monday. Like all boys he likes rockets, well at least he did, he's probably into monster trucks or something by now. I thought I'd share a sneek peek of the work in progress.
